Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-5 business days of your order placement.

Standard shipping orders may take anywhere from 2-8 business days.
Priority shipping orders may take anywhere from 1-3 business days.

Once packages are stated as "delivered", we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

PICK-UP:
FACES BY JORDI clients are able to purchase products in-studio during scheduled appointments.

Scheduled pick-up times for non-clients will be an option effective June 2024. These orders will be available for pickup in Toronto in the Queen West/Ossington area. You will be notified via email should you choose the "Free Pick-Up" option during checkout - please look out for this email to secure a date/time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
We currently offer USA shipping! Orders may take anywhere from 2-8 business days. We are not responsible for additional duties or taxes that may incur upon delivery. We will not accept returns or issue refunds on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
